Return & Exchange Policy

At My Site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vacation rental. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The vacation rental must be in its original condition and packaging, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the vacation rental and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you would like to exchange your vacation rental for a different one, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
